New investment in leadership will support strategic growth of bioanalytical service offerings 

Durham, NC – November 4, 2024 – BioAgilytix, the leading global bioanalytical service provider, is proud to announce an expansion of its leadership team with Mehul Patel as Chief Information Technology Officer (CIO), and Rebecca New as Chief People Officer (CPO). These additions are poised to support the company’s next phase of growth in providing comprehensive bioanalytical solutions from preclinical through phase 3 development and post-marketing.

Rebecca New joins as Chief People Officer, bringing a transformational leadership approach that has led to multiple “Best Places to Work” distinctions and driven exceptional business results. Her proven expertise in building and scaling high-performance organizations will help BioAgilytix continue to provide customers with experienced, dedicated scientific teams who deeply understand their programs. New’s track record in organizational development, M&A integration, and strategic change management will further enhance BioAgilytix’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service to meet growing customer demands.

As CIO, Mehul Patel brings deep expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) Quality Systems, and cybersecurity to drive BioAgilytix’s digital transformation. Patel’s proven success in implementing secure, robust digital systems will enhance our ability to meet complex regulatory requirements and ensure data integrity across all operations. Under Patel’s leadership, BioAgilytix will continue investing in innovative technologies that optimize workflows and accelerate timelines for our customers’ critical programs.
