Kay Schroeter, Ph.D.
General Manager, Hamburg Lab
Dr. Kay Schroeter is General Manager for BioAgilytix Europe GmbH and is responsible for providing the leadership, management for the Hamburg facility. He ensures that the facility has the necessary operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people and systems in place to effectively deliver to clients in accordance to agreed milestones and regulatory requirements.
Dr. Schroeter ensures operational efficiency, innovative processes inclusive of effective resource management and continuous process improvement. He has more than 20 years of experience in clinical trial industry most of this time in Central Lab business holding various leadership positions in lab operations and science.
In his prior roles he was driving process improvement initiatives for establishing a seamless costing to database configuration workflow, as well as the development of lab operational resource planning tools.
